Anna started her journey into the healing arts back in 1998 when she received her first Usui Reiki Attunement. A natural born sensitive to energies and sounds, she came to understand the different vibrations and levels one can work with and through, opening up to the support and guidance of the Reiki Masters and the beloved Higher Beings of Light.

Anna is a master in Usui/Holy Fire Reiki and Karuna Reiki (the Reiki of Compassion). She is also a certified Hatha yoga teacher and a Crystal Bowls Sound Therapist. Her interest in Crystal Bowls began with her own healing experience during a class where a deep connection was formed with them physically and spiritually. Anna has her own set of travelling Crystal Bowls which she plays during yoga and meditation classes, and at individual sessions.

Personalized Angel Communication

The personalized angel communication is an opportunity for you to receive a direct channeled communication related to your questions. Rita connects with your angels and guides and sometimes deceased loved ones. The channeling session occurs in divine timing and is conducted via e-mail. When you ask your questions, please be as specific as possible. The guidance received is typed and returned to you via e-mail. Angel/Oracle Card Reading

Integrated Energy Therapy Session

The objective of IET is to provide a simple and gentle way to open the flow of vital life force within the human body and the human energy field, by integrating suppressed feelings from cellular memory and clearing their associated energy blockages.

Integrated Energy Therapy® uses a focused healing energy to clear energy blocks that have accumulated in the body and are now hindering the natural flow of energy (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually). Through the releasing of these blocks, we will begin to feel more self-empowered, spiritually connected and able to move through life easily.
