Shamanic journeying techniques, movement, sound, and meditation help us uncover hidden aspects of our multi-dimensional Selves. June 26, 2023 – Spirit Animal Connection
Taking in the sights, scents, and feelings of the animal realms, we travel through song, meditation, and movement to connect with our Spirit Animals. For some this sacred journey has already begun. If you have found your totem animal spirit, bring with you any representations of this special helper. If you have yet to identify one, allow yourself to bring an open spirit and an intention to make the connection.
Bring water, a mat and pillow if you wish to lie down, and any sacred tools to assist you in relaxing into this sacred activity.
July 31, 2023 – Father Sky, Mother Earth Embodiment
The elemental realms offer so much to us every day to lift our spirits and feel the joy of being alive, fully inhabiting our bodies. Plants, minerals, and creatures of all kinds share this planet with us to offer life giving resources, and they are also a direct link to the etheric essence of all that is manifested in the visible world, including the Sun, Moon, and Stars! The elements of air, water, fire, and earth unite all of us through a perceptible, physical connection. Using the tarot, gentle movement, and our voices, we engage our senses to embody the essence of the manifest realms, grounding ourselves firmly here and now.
Bring water, a mat and pillow if you wish to lie down, and any sacred tools to help anchor the elemental energies while we make the connection to our etheric manifested essence.
August 21, 2023 – Through the Golden Cloud – Home in the Higher Realms
Getting to know your spiritual guides and advisors can seem difficult, but not when you can feel at home in the higher realms of angels, spirit guides, and ascended masters. These loving, benevolent beings create a relaxed environment where we are welcome to interact with them openly and lovingly, creating a channel where love, support, information, and healing can flow down from the heavenly realms. As a group, we are more powerfully connected, supporting one another’s energies as we transcend ordinary reality to travel upward through the Golden Cloud for an exchange with these mystical beings. Our intention is to harmonize facets of ourselves that are ever present in that realm, with the physical body, bridging heaven and earth. Using toning, mantra, and movement, we create the conduit for healing and spiritual evolution.
