A channeled reiki session invites you to relax into sacred space to receive energetic attunement, allowing divine love and wisdom to flow through and  into each layer of the body for healing and balancing.  In a channeled reiki session, information and images are presented at each touch point along the chakra system and shared with you as they are received.

What to expect in a Channeled Reiki Session:

• We begin with a brief discussion to focus our intentions for the session on any issues you want to address;
• You will lay fully clothed, shoes removed, on a comfortable table and covered with a blanket if desired.
• Light touch is applied to the head, neck, upper chest, abdomen, hips, knees, and feet. This allows the reiki energy to flow into and through the chakra system
• During this process, I will open up to receive information from your Guides, Angels, and others in your spiritual support team.
• As information is received, I am guided by them to share with you what is being conveyed.
• When complete, you will be invited to relax a moment longer on the table before getting up to join me for a brief conversation to discuss anything that may have surfaced during the session.
• It is important to drink plenty of water following a reiki session and to allow yourself time over the next couple of weeks to integrate any energetic shifts that have taken place.
