Anna S. Castro and Shalini Breault join together to teach this Level 1 Reiki certification class drawing upon their experiences as teachers and practitioners to make this a very unique and rewarding experience.

In discovering Reiki, its deep benefits and wide range of uses, you begin with your own self-love and self-healing!

Attunement to Reiki Level 1 through this class will open you up so you can realize your natural gifts which you can enhance and develop through Reiki practice.  It will change the way you see, understand and relate to the world around you.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.  Reiki treatments help to restore balance and harmony within the body’s various layers which are energy, emotion, physical and mental.
